Salon Policies By entering our salon you are agreeing with our policies
PARKING Our salon is located at 111 W Madison Ave in Dumont.  On street parking ONLY at your convenience on Johnson, Madison or Niagara St. NO PARKING IN BACK LOT.  Please use our main entrance located on Madison  
CHILDREN ARE WELCOME IN THE SALON BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  Although we love kids and have some of our own we would like to respect each guest’s experience.  For some guests it is the only time they have for themselves and they sincerely appreciate coming in to relax. We gladly welcome kids as long as they have a reservation to ensure a safe and relaxing experience for all.  
REFUND POLICY ON SERVICES We take great time and great pride in all the work that is created in our salon.  If for some reason you find your service was less than perfect or something needs to be tweaked please notify us within one week of your service and we will gladly accommodate.  Please note if you decide you would like anything other than what was discussed during your consultation with your stylist (example: shorter, lighter, darker, etc.) charges will be applied as needed.  WE DO NOT OFFER SERVICE REFUNDS ONLY ADJUSTMENTS  
REFUND POLICY ON PRODUCTS We are proud to offer our guests four different product lines to assist in each individual guest’s needs.  Should you purchase a product that doesn’t suite your needs you can swap the product for another as long as the product is 99% full (used one time) and it has been 2 weeks or less since purchase. We do not issue refunds on open products.  Should you purchase and product that has been unopened and you choose to return it you have 30 days for a full refund.
